    The ZMD product complies with the JB/T 7742-1995 standard for small magnetic drive centrifugal pumps and is an optimized product designed by the national magnetic pump joint. Combining advanced technology from abroad, a self-priming plastic magnetic pump with an external hybrid structure is adopted. This pump is mainly made of reinforced polypropylene, with short self-priming time and long service life. It is a leak free pump for automatic remote control and flow transportation of highly corrosive liquids.

    Example A:
    1. When applied to gas towers, the water tank should be large enough and the water level in the tank should be above 80 centimeters.
    2. To avoid foreign objects blocking the inlet, please lower the inlet and install a filter screen (with a mesh size of about 5 to 7mm, and the area of the filter mesh should be 5 to 10 times the inlet diameter).
    3. The inlet filter design should be easy to remove and clean.
    4. Ensure that the water supply system is functioning properly and avoid running without water.
    5. The system should be equipped with a protective power-off mechanism to prevent the pump from idling for a long time.
    6. When the pump is installed outdoors or in harsh environments, the motor must be covered with a protective cover.
    7. Install valves in the pipelines at the entrance and exit for easy maintenance.
    Example B:
    1. When the pump is used to pump chemical solutions, please install relevant valves at the inlet for easy maintenance of the system in the future.
    2. It is necessary to ensure the liquid level in the liquid tank at all times to avoid dry running and idling of the pump.
    3. Suggest using models without one-way valves.
    4. When the height of the piping is greater than 5 meters, a check valve needs to be installed at the outlet.
    5. The outlet pipeline must be fixed and stable, without shaking.
    Example C:
    1. Install a bottom valve or filter at the system inlet to prevent particles from being sucked into the pump.
    2. Maintain the liquid level at least 30 centimeters above the inlet filter to prevent the inhalation of air bubbles
